Let It Sound
Teamworx & Thomas Feelman
Both making their Revealed Recordings debut, Israeli self-coined “psy-house” duo Teamworx join forces with French progressive house DJ/producer Thomas Feelman on Halloween-time single ‘Let It Sound’. The track is set for release 30th October, and comes as their second collab following the successful release of ‘Never Stop’ back in 2017.
Opening with a bass-like, distorted vocal sample, an unsettling, otherworldly soundscape is set while rolling snare drums build the track towards a conclusion fit for its Halloween-time release. Dark, assertive low-ends rise from the depths, while eerie synths wail in the background. The result marks a change of tack for what we might expect on Revealed, but is nonetheless a purpose-built piece of work that carefully fuses the psychedelic and progressive house worlds of its creators. With their last collab finding mainstage festival appearances at the likes of Ultra, Tomorrowland, Maya, while receiving support from some of the globe’s biggest electronic outliers; Steve Angello, Tiësto, SICK INDIVIDUALS, it becomes apparent that this Israeli/French connection is a recipe that works.
With 2016 breakthrough single ‘Make The Crowd Go’ now cementing itself as a festival mainstay, working it’s way into mainstage sets from the likes of Fedde Le Grande and Steve Angello, as well as featuring on one of Pioneer’s CDJ marketing campaigns, Teamworx continue to dominate the bassier, more psycadelic ends of the dance music spectrum.
