Blame

Manse feat.David Shane

Renowned for his big room and progressive house sound infused with trailing electro influences, Sweden-born Manse is back with his latest track on Revealed Recordings, ‘Blame’. Following up from ‘Runaway’, which was also released on the label, Manse is no stranger to Revealed Recordings. Having gained recognition from his unofficial remix of Axwell & Ingrosso’s ‘Roar’, he was scouted by Hardwell and went on to release his debut single on Revealed Recordings. Now fast forward to 2019, and Manse continues to be a key player in the Revealed Recordings stable, and recently played at the labels’ Day and Night Festival in Gothenburg, Sweden in April.

The track opens with a signature big-room beat with two build ups, as high-pitched melodies doused in reverb dance over the top. Then, taking a turn from the expected, the dynamics of the track change as a delicate piano and the soothing vocals of David Shane are added to the mix. Soft synths then begin to murmur under the melody with gentle accompanying claps; building the anticipation before the track launches into a pop-infused anthemic drop.

With a release on Revealed Recordings’ sub label, Gemstone too, ‘Coastin’ highlights Manse’s versatility as a producer. His talent has led to him appearing alongside Thomas Gold and Blasterjaxx at Ushuaïa in Ibiza, and producing official remixes for high-profile DJ’s such as Nicky Romero, Armin van Buuren and Hardwell. ‘Blame’ only solidifies his talent even further and will be a festival anthem across this summer.
